The short version

We built HELOC Cash Flow Planner to help you organize and understand the numbers behind your first-lien HELOC strategy. We do not share your information with anyone, and we never sell it. The numbers you enter stay yours.

What information you provide

When you use the planner, you may enter details about your loan balance, credit line, income, spending, and savings goals. You enter this voluntarily so the tool can do its math. You can also explore the tool with example numbers without entering any of your own.

How we use it

Your entries are used to calculate the daily interest, balance, and payoff estimates you see in the app. We may use basic, non-identifying usage information to keep the service running and to improve it. We do not use your information to build a profile of you or to market to you.

What we do not do

• We do not share your information with third parties for their own use.
• We do not sell your information, ever.
• We are not a lender, broker, or financial advisor, and we do not act as one.

Data you control

You can change or remove the numbers you enter at any time. If you have questions about your information or want it removed, you can reach out and we will help.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. Use the tool at your own risk.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the tool after a change means you accept the updated policy.
